The HOT ROCK is heated for several hours and then presented at YOUR table for YOU to cook the food of choice - the way YOU like it.... The heat from the HOT ROCK seals the juices, locking in the flavour and nutrients of your cut of meat, and then cooks before your very eyes. The HOT ROCK cooking process takes a matter of minutes and no fat or oil is used in the cooking. Beef, Chicken, Seafood.... All taste great using the HOT ROCK!!!
