Pennant Hills Bowling Club is the perfect venue to hold your function. We have experience catering for weddings, birthday parties, conferences, trade shows, board meetings and more. Our professional team will assist your function needs.
 
Function packages can be tailored for your event. Our Functions Manager Rebecca Waters will gladly discuss your options. 
 
There are three function rooms available for hire.
 

The Auditorium

The auditorium is perfect for a large wedding or conference. The auditorium is set up on the first level, with views overlooking the bowling greens. 
 
Capacity: 200 cocktail-style, 150 guests seated, 140 theatre-style, 110 guests seated with a dance floor
Facilities: Stage, PA system, dance floor, audio (CD or MP3 plug in), 2 large screen televisions, overhead projector, projector screen, whiteboard and flip chart, dedicated bar (extra staff is required for this)
 
 
 

Conference Room

The conference room is perfect for a private dinner or more intimate meeting. 

Capacity: 40 cocktail-style, 30 guests seated, 45 theatre-style
Facilities: Audio (CD or MP3 plug in), television with DVD and VCR Player, whiteboard and flip chart, projector screen and overhead projector

Alfresco Area

The alfresco area is perfect for a small wedding or dinner

Capacity: 70 cocktail-style, 60 guests seated, 50 guests with a dance floor
Facilities: Audio (CD or MP3 plug in), television with DVD and VCR Player, projector screen and overhead projector, close to the main bar (therefore no extra staff needed)
 
All daytime and afternoon functions can be combined to enjoy a social rollup (availability and costs vary)
