Pennant Hills Bowling Club is the perfect venue for all of your function requirements from a Wedding to a small meeting, birthday party or trade show. Our professional team is able to cater for all you function needs.

 

                               

Our function packages can be tailor made for every different type of event. Our Functions Manager Stuart Cosgrove will gladly discuss your options in any one of our three function Rooms.

The specifications for each room are as follows

Auditorium

Our Auditorium is perfect for a large Wedding or Conference with the following Capacities and Facilities
Capacity: - 200 cocktail style, 150 guests seated, 140 theatre style, 110 guests seated with a dance floor
Facilities:- Large Stage, PA System, Dance Floor, CD Player, 2 Large Screen Televisions, Overhead Projector, Projector Screen, Whiteboard and Flip Chart, Bar (extra staff is required for this)

Conference Room

Our Conference Room is perfect for a small Intimate Dinner or Meeting with the following Capacities and Facilities
Capacity: - 40 Cocktail Style, 30 guests seated, 45 theatre style
Facilities: - CD Player, television with DVD and VCR Player, Whiteboard and Flip Chart, Projector Screen and Overhead Projector

Alfresco Area

Our Alfresco Area is perfect for a small Wedding or dinner with Friends the Alfresco Area has the following Capacities and Facilities
Capacity: - 70 Cocktail Style, 60 guests seated and 50 guests with a dance floor
Facilities:- CD Player, television with DVD and VCR Player, Projector Screen and Overhead Projector, close to main bar (therefore no extra Staff needed)

All daytime and afternoon functions can be combined to enjoy a Social Rollup. (Availability and cost to be discussed)
